2 B.M. srl, a dynamic company present in the thinners and solvents market since 1983, is equipped with state-of-the-art systems of the latest conception and sophisticated laboratory equipment and has achieved a high level of know-how in the production of thinners, solvents and varnishes.
The company has a specialized and highly professional technical staff and latest generation automated systems able to cover the application needs of different market sectors, from furnishings to buildings, from industry to bodywork.
The instrumentation used for the analysis and the quality control is composed of the most modern laboratory instruments indispensable for the realization of a high quality product.
The company is equipped with tanks with double chamber, under nitrogen, with continuous automatic control of possible leaks. All the tanks convey the product to the manifolds with electro-pneumatic valves and, consequently, to the pump units and electronic meters; the transfer of the product is controlled and managed by a PLC (management of software programming and automation hardware), it is sent to the mixing machines and then to the packaging machines.
Production control takes place by monitoring, in real time, flows of material entering and leaving.
Safety, automation and know-how in the processing of solvents and paints
The complete process automation results in a significant reduction in production time and delivery, also greatly reduces the risk of fumes of chemicals. In the control phase, with the occurrence for any problem, an automatic production of the block. The total production process takes place in a closed cycle, with advantage of greater safety, both during the production phase that in that the discharge of raw materials.
